Welcome to your first step towards healing. I'm Zehavah, a therapist accredited by both the UKCP and BACP, dedicated to supporting adults, teens and couples. I specialise in sleep difficulties, anxiety, relationships and financial stress. I also offer a huge amount of experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
