You can choose a therapist from our practice and book in or have an initial phone call where we can help place you with a suitable therapist for your therapeutic journey to begin.

 

Sessions can take place at our therapy practice in Finchley, online or via one of our therapy practitioners that offer home visits.

One on one therapy sessions start from £60 ranging to £150 depending on which of our therapists you choose.

In person, Video call / Phone sessions last 50 minutes and occur at a regular time on the same day each week.

Video call sessions suit people who have a busy lifestyle or are unable to attend a face to face session.

 

2 Person relationship sessions in Finchley/Online £95 - £190: 

We offer relationship sessions for clients who feel it would be most helpful to attend with a partner, family member or other person of significance, in order to work through challenges in their relationship. These sessions typically last for 50 minutes.

One on one double session Finchley/Online £120 - £270: 

Sometimes 50 minutes can seem too short for everything you feel you need to work through. Occasionally, following discussion you may choose to have a double session which lasts for 90 minutes.

Relationship double session Finchley/Online £180 - £300: 

We offer double relationship sessions for clients who feel it would be most helpful to attend with a partner, family member or other person of significance and feel they require more time. This is because sometimes 50 minutes can seem too short for everything you feel you need to work through. These sessions typically last for 90 minutes.

Home visits (within the North West London area) starting at £100 £280:

Following discussion and an assessment (in person or by phone), we may decide that it would be best for you to have psychotherapy sessions in your home. These sessions suit those who do not feel able to travel to attend an online or face to face session outside of their home. Single sessions last 1 clinical hour.

Supervision Finchley/Online £95 - £150:

We welcome the opportunity to work with supervisees from all modalities. We also offer clinical supervision to those working in caring professions such as social work and advocacy as individuals and organisations. This can be set up in group as well as one on one.
